Neil Kemp

Director

Neil Kemp, Owner and Director of 432 Films is a highly experienced video producer, filmmaker and photographer, with over 18 years experience in the creative visual field. Over the years Neil has shot and edited many 1000’s of hours of content including both consumer and corporate sectors.

Having started his career in electronic music as a DJ, Neil soon became an influencer in the events, nightlife and music video industry, with a pioneering online nightlife show 'Clubaholic.tv.' 

A creative filmmaker, his short film ‘Resolution’ was nominated for the best Yorkshire short at the 2019 Leeds International Film Festival. Since then it has garnered eight further selections at various film UK and International film festivals, including the prestigious British Urban Film Festival (BUFF).

With a talent for breathing life into digital content, Neil has gone on to work with Gary Goldsmith, one of the best-known and most celebrated recruitment business leaders of the modern generation. 

Neil creates innovative content for Gary’s award winning Recruitment Directors Lunch Club (RDLC Pirates), helping many of its members raise their business profiles with an array of slick videos in a soaring, but competitive recruitment industry. 

Neil’s zest for life brings energy, enthusiasm - and most importantly fun, to each shoot. His ability to put people at ease in front of the camera helps both client and videographer to deliver and produce their best work.

 

Jon Foxley-Evans

Editor & D.O.P

Jon is a highly motivated individual with a passion for video production. He is a multidisciplinary wizard, working on productions as Director of Photography, Camera Operator and in post, as a fabulous Editor! He has a varied experience from TV adverts to corporate videos, music videos, promotional videos, you get the gist, he's done it all.This experience ensures he's proficient at sticking to deadlines and getting productions completed and released on time and to a high standard.

 
 

Jaden Moss

Camera Operator, Photographer & Editor

Jaden Moss is an experienced photographer & videographer based in London. He has been in the creative scene since 2018 working with many different clients across an array of different sectors. Jaden started off his photography at a young age, mainly shooting aviation as a hobby and won best young photographer of the year 2016 awarded by BAE Systems. Eventually he found a love for shooting music and people, leading him to start experimenting in the club/festival scene. 

Fast forward to the present day and Jaden has worked with clients such as Ministry of Sound, Tiesto, Louder events, Hospitality and many more. He has also travelled all around Europe shooting for various artists such as Above & Beyond and Pendulum at many festivals. 

As Well as shooting various festivals and artists, Jaden also has been creating content for the corporate world shooting events such as Winter Wonderland, Swimathon and various shoots for restaurants, personal trainers and other fitness charities such as Mindful peak performance and Finney Fitness. The content has helped build brands and create engaging content for social media channels. Jaden's work ethic, quality, adaptability and diligence have been remarked on time and time again by our clients.

Thomas Midgely

Camera Operator, Drone Operator & Editor

Thomas Midgley is an established award winning (LIFF & EWA) Videographer, Camera Operator, Editor and Musician based in Yorkshire, UK. With 12 years experience in the creative arts, Thomas has produced an array of content for both the corporate and performance industries covering live events, conferences, promotional video shoots, construction, theatre and short films. He is a fully licensed and experienced drone specialist.
